Marijn NieuwenhuisMarijn Nieuwenhuis teaches International Relations and Political Geography at the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick. He finished his PhD in late 2013 on the emergence and evolution of modern territory in China. Marijn is currently in the process of converting his PhD into a book. Marijn has since the completion of his PhD become increasingly interested in non-terrestrial understandings of territory. Joseph CeramiJoseph (Joe) Cerami joined the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University in 2001. He holds a PhD from Penn State University’s School of Public Affairs, and teaches courses in national security policy and leadership studies in the Master’s Program in International Affairs. Veit BachmannDr Veit Bachmann (born in 1979) works at the Department of Human Geography at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is currently the director of the EuroGaps research group that examines external relations and external perceptions of the EU in sub-Saharan Africa and the Black Sea Region.
